In this role, the Associate Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative, metrics-driven setting and possess effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels. Prior experience in recruiting or human resources is considered advantageous.
