About the role
The employer is looking for an Associate – HR Operations to join its Talent Development (TAL) function under the Central Business Services (CBS) division, based in New Delhi. The role sits within the HR Operations team and focuses on supporting talent development initiatives across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations activities that enable effective talent management and development programmes. This includes coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth delivery of talent-related services to internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Supporting end-to-end HR operations within the Talent Development vertical
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate talent programmes and initiatives
- Maintaining HR data, documentation, and reporting with a high degree of accuracy
