About the role
This role sits within the Talent Development vertical of the Central Business Services (CBS) HR Operations function. The successful candidate will work as an Associate, supporting day-to-day talent and learning operations that underpin the organisation's people strategy.
The position involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to execute talent development programmes, manage operational processes, and ensure seamless delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
- Support the administration and coordination of talent development programmes
- Assist in managing HR operational workflows within the CBS TAL (Talent) function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive people-related projects
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement efforts
