Associate – HR Business Partnering

This role is an Associate – HR Business Partnering position focused on delivering effective HR support across business functions. The associate will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to implement people strategies, manage employee relations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand and address HR needs
• Supporting talent management, performance, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assisting in the execution of HR policies and processes
• Handling employee queries and providing timely HR guidance

The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of HR principles and business partnering practices, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
