About the role
This role is an Associate – HR Business Partnering position focused on supporting the organisation's human resources function by working closely with business teams. The associate will act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters, helping to align people strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance
- Supporting employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and processes across the organisation
- Handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive workplace experience
The ideal candidate is someone with a foundational understanding of HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in an HR business partnering or generalist role would be an advantage.
