- HR Operations: Assisting with end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee relations.
- Data & Reporting: Maintaining HR data and generating insights to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an HR Business Partnering or generalist role is an advantage.
