An opportunity to join the HR Business Partnering team as an Associate, supporting people operations and partnering with business units to drive HR initiatives.
About the role
This role is an Associate – HR Business Partnering position focused on delivering effective human resources support across business functions. The Associate will work closely with HR Business Partners to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day HR business partnering activities for assigned business units
- Assisting in employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address employee relations matters and HR queries
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvement efforts within the team
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience or academic exposure to HR business partnering or generalist HR functions is an advantage.
