The employer is seeking an Associate – Global Recruitment Operations to join its Human Capital division. This role sits within the global recruitment function and focuses on supporting and streamlining hiring operations across international teams.
The selected candidate will work closely with recruitment and HR stakeholders to coordinate and manage operational aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support end-to-end global recruitment operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Human Capital function
