IIFL Home Loans is looking for a motivated individual to join its Digital Property Services division as an Associate, based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
The Associate will be responsible for supporting digital property-related services that form a key part of the home loan processing workflow. This includes coordinating property documentation, assisting with digital valuation processes, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and processing digital property service requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and verification workflows
- Support property valuation and title-related activities as part of the home loan lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending cases to meet turnaround timelines
