About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Category Management team as an Associate, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support category growth, manage product assortments, and contribute to business strategy for assigned categories on the platform.
- Work on category planning and assortment management
- Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and vendor teams
- Analyse category performance and generate actionable insights
- Support in executing promotional and commercial strategies
