This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of power plant equipment and systems at the Chhabra facility in Rajasthan. The Assistant Manager will work within the Operations & Maintenance department, ensuring plant performance, reliability, and compliance with established standards.
The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor operational parameters, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant systems.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising and supporting operations and maintenance teams on shift or daily basis
- Monitoring equipment performance and initiating corrective actions when required
- Ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinating planned maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
- Preparing operational reports and documenting maintenance activities
