An Assistant Manager is sought to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives within a dynamic telecommunications environment based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
About the role
This role is positioned within the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function and requires a professional who can effectively manage regulatory, operational, and enterprise risk frameworks. The successful candidate will support the organization in maintaining robust compliance standards and governance practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Governance: Supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise and operational risks across business units
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting risk and compliance reports to relevant stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of GRC principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Prior experience in the telecommunications or technology sector will be an advantage.
