The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities with a focus on cost estimation, tendering, and pre-bid analysis. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions.
- Preparation and review of cost estimates for projects at the pre-bid and tender stages
- Analysing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed quantity take-offs
- Supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new project opportunities
- Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather inputs for estimation
This position is well-suited to candidates with a background in engineering or construction management who have hands-on experience in estimation and a strong understanding of project costing methodologies.
