Area Talent Acquisition Executive

This position is responsible for managing talent acquisition operations within a defined geographic area. The Area Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with business teams to identify hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles across functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across the assigned area
• Stakeholder management: Partnering with local business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce requirements
• Candidate pipeline building: Proactively building and maintaining a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
• Reporting and tracking: Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing regular updates on hiring progress

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
