The employer is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join its sales team based in Hubli, Karnataka. The role involves overseeing sales operations for steel products within a defined geographic area, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients, while identifying new business opportunities in the region. Close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction will be a key part of the role.
- Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
