Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business loans (BL) portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the company's presence in the unsecured business finance segment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loans. The position requires strong on-ground execution skills and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the assigned area
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance norms

This is a field-intensive leadership role suited to professionals with a proven track record in retail lending or MSME finance sales, particularly within the unsecured products space.
