Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and guiding a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loans across assigned geographies in the Indore market.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products in the retail segment
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals across the area
• Build relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with lending guidelines

This is an on-ground leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in retail lending, MSME finance, or unsecured business loan sales, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market environment.
