Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding market presence in the unsecured business loans segment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and meeting disbursement targets for unsecured business loan products. Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network within the MSME or SME lending space will be essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales of unsecured business loan products across the assigned area
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
• Building relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitoring portfolio quality and ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk guidelines
• Reporting on sales performance and identifying new business opportunities within the territory

This is a field-intensive role suited to a results-driven professional with a background in retail lending, NBFC, or banking sales at a managerial level.
