Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and driving disbursement targets for unsecured business loans across the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the unsecured business loan customer base
• Oversee team performance, set targets, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals
• Build relationships with channel partners, connectors, and direct customers in the region
• Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and operational guidelines at the ground level

This is an on-ground leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in retail lending or unsecured business finance, and a proven ability to manage distributed sales teams in a competitive market.
