Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced sales professional for the role of Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing the unsecured business loan portfolio within the assigned territory.

The role requires a strong understanding of retail lending products, particularly unsecured business loans, along with the ability to lead a field sales team and meet regional targets. The candidate is expected to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

• Manage end-to-end retail sales of unsecured business loan products in the Indore area
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the area sales team
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve disbursement targets
• Build relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance norms, and operational processes
