Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail financial services division and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and guiding a field sales team, and meeting disbursement targets for unsecured business loans in the assigned territory.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the Indore area
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines
