Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business loans (BL) portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing sales leadership role focused on expanding the company's presence in the unsecured lending segment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, driving disbursement targets, and building a strong distribution network for unsecured business loan products. The role requires close coordination with channel partners, direct sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
