Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business loans (BL) portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the company's unsecured business loan business across the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing a field sales team, and building strong relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and other stakeholders in the region. A key part of the role involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring consistent loan disbursement volumes.

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve area-level targets
• Develop and execute local sales strategies for unsecured business loans
• Build and maintain a robust channel partner and direct sourcing network
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines

This is an on-ground leadership role suited to professionals with a solid background in unsecured lending or retail financial products, and a proven track record of team management and business development in the BFSI sector.
