Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets within the assigned geography. A strong understanding of the unsecured lending landscape and local market dynamics in central India will be essential to success in this position.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the Indore area
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Build relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
