Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the unsecured business loan (BL) segment across the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and guiding a field sales team, and meeting disbursement targets for unsecured business loans. The role requires close coordination with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure end-to-end loan processing efficiency.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loans in the Indore area
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies

This is a field-intensive leadership role suited to candidates with a strong background in retail lending, MSME finance, or unsecured business loan products, along with proven team management experience in the financial services sector.
