Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the unsecured business loan segment across the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a high-performing field sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of disbursement targets. A strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer base in the Indore region will be essential to success in this position.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loans through direct and channel-based distribution
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals within the area
• Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, DSAs, and business correspondents
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
