Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of disbursement targets. A strong understanding of the unsecured lending landscape and local market dynamics in the Indore region will be essential to success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving business loan sales volumes across the assigned area
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
• Developing relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitoring portfolio quality and ensuring adherence to credit and compliance guidelines

This is an on-ground leadership role suited to a results-driven professional with prior experience in retail financial products, particularly within the unsecured lending segment.
