Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loans in the assigned territory.
- Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the Indore area
- Recruit, train, and guide a team of sales professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and local business communities
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met consistently
