Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding market presence in the unsecured business loans segment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loan products. A strong understanding of the local market dynamics in the Indore region will be essential to success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales of unsecured business loan products across the assigned area
• Managing and motivating a team of sales executives to meet targets
• Developing relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
