Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business loans (BL) vertical in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending business and focuses on expanding the company's unsecured loan portfolio across the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of disbursement targets for unsecured business loans. A strong understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Indore will be essential to succeed in this position.
