Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the retail unsecured business loans (BL) segment in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the company's unsecured business loan portfolio across the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a team of sales professionals, setting targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals in the unsecured lending space. A strong understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Indore will be essential to success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales of unsecured business loan products in the retail segment
• Building and managing a high-performing area sales team
• Developing relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitoring portfolio quality and ensuring adherence to credit and compliance norms
• Reporting sales performance and market insights to senior management
