Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the unsecured business loan segment across the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loans. The role requires close coordination with channel partners, direct sales agents, and internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer acquisition.

• Drive business loan sales volumes within the designated area
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and local market networks
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines

This position is well suited to a results-oriented sales professional with prior experience in unsecured lending, MSME finance, or related financial products, and a strong understanding of the Indore and broader Madhya Pradesh market.
