Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the company's retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on the unsecured business loans (BL) segment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and mentoring a field sales team, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loan products across assigned geographies.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products in the Indore market
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet volume and quality targets
• Develop relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
• Monitor portfolio health and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines

This is an on-ground leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in retail lending, particularly in unsecured SME or business loan products, and a proven track record of managing sales teams in a competitive financial services environment.
