Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead retail sales of unsecured business loans in the Indore territory, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses on expanding the unsecured business loan portfolio across the assigned area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners to achieve disbursement targets.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loans in the Indore region
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and other channel partners
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
