Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow its retail unsecured business lending portfolio in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role sits within the retail lending vertical and focuses specifically on unsecured business loan products.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing area-level sales operations, building and guiding a field sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets within the assigned geography.
- Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the Indore area
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines
This is an on-ground leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in retail lending or financial services sales, particularly in the unsecured or MSME loan segment.
