Area Sales Manager – Retail Unsecured Business Loans

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its retail lending team as an Area Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loans, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on expanding the company's unsecured business loan portfolio within the assigned territory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading area-level sales efforts, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving disbursement targets for unsecured business loan products in the retail segment.

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products across the Indore area
• Build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the on-ground sales team
• Ensure compliance with internal credit and operational guidelines during the sales process
