The employer is looking for an experienced sales professional to join its home finance division as an Area Sales Manager – Prime, based out of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-facing role responsible for growing the home loan portfolio within the designated area.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead and manage a team of sales executives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and direct customers to drive loan disbursements.
- Manage end-to-end sales of home finance products in the Prime segment
- Build and nurture a network of direct selling agents and channel partners
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing
