A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Area Sales Head – SME (Tier 1) to lead and grow its Small and Medium Enterprise business through the Outright Channel in Delhi. This is a senior field sales leadership role with direct accountability for business performance in the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving SME sales targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships within the Tier 1 SME segment. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on approach to channel development and revenue generation.
- Lead and manage the SME sales team operating within the Outright Channel
- Drive business growth across Tier 1 SME accounts in the Delhi region
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with organisational goals
