About the role
A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Area Sales Head – SME (Tier 1) to lead its corporate credit sales function in Delhi. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing SME lending business within the assigned territory and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, with direct accountability for managing area-level sales teams, driving new client acquisition, and deepening relationships with existing SME clients in the Tier 1 segment.
- Lead and manage the SME corporate credit sales team across the Delhi area
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new SME clients and retention of existing ones
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for corporate credit products within the Tier 1 SME segment
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met consistently
