Area Head - Kolhapur

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Head – Kolhapur to lead and oversee all business operations within the Kolhapur region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all business operations across the Kolhapur area, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and identify new opportunities within the territory.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, distributors, and local stakeholders to strengthen the company's regional footprint.
• Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior management on a regular basis.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards across all regional operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in sales, operations, or general management, with at least 3–4 years in a regional leadership or area management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives within a defined territory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with demonstrated experience in building and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools and regional reporting systems.
• In-depth understanding of the Kolhapur and broader Maharashtra market landscape, including local business dynamics and customer behavior.
