A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join its team as Area Head – Gold Loans for the Delhi region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end performance of the Gold Loans vertical within the assigned geography.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead a team of branch and field-level executives, ensuring achievement of business targets, portfolio quality, and customer acquisition goals. The role demands strong people management capabilities alongside a deep understanding of the gold loan or secured lending landscape.
- Drive business growth and revenue targets for the Gold Loans segment across the region
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a distributed sales and operations team
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor portfolio health and take corrective actions where required
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for market expansion
