The employer is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to take on the role of Area Head – Gold Loans, responsible for managing and growing the gold loan business across an assigned area within the Delhi region.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead a team of branch and sales personnel, drive business targets, ensure operational excellence, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines related to gold loan products.
- Lead area-level gold loan business development and sales performance
- Manage and mentor branch teams to achieve disbursement and portfolio targets
