The selected candidate will be expected to manage end-to-end credit underwriting processes, ensure adherence to internal credit policies, and maintain portfolio quality within the assigned region. Close coordination with the sales and operations teams will be an integral part of the role.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments for loan proposals
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal risk frameworks
- Monitor portfolio health and flag early warning signals proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth while maintaining credit discipline
