About the role
This is a senior-level consulting position specialising in AI Governance and AI Model Risk Management (MRM). The role is centred on advising clients on the design, implementation, and oversight of governance frameworks that ensure AI systems are developed and deployed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with regulatory expectations.
The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to assess model risk, establish risk management policies, and embed governance structures across the AI lifecycle — from development and validation through to monitoring and retirement.
Key areas of focus include:
- Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks tailored to client needs and industry standards
- Advising on AI model risk management practices, including model validation, documentation, and audit readiness
- Supporting clients in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI and algorithmic decision-making
- Acting as a trusted consulting partner to senior client leadership on responsible AI strategy
This is a partner-level engagement role requiring deep expertise in both the technical and regulatory dimensions of AI governance and model risk, combined with strong client-facing consulting skills.
