The role is centred on guiding clients through the design, implementation, and oversight of governance frameworks that ensure responsible and compliant use of artificial intelligence within their organisations.
The successful candidate will work as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, providing expert advisory on model risk policies, AI lifecycle controls, regulatory alignment, and ethical AI principles. The role demands a strong understanding of how AI systems are developed, validated, and monitored in enterprise environments.
Key areas of focus include:
- AI Governance: Developing and embedding governance structures, policies, and accountability mechanisms for AI programmes
- Model Risk Management: Advising on model validation, risk tiering, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations
- Consulting Delivery: Leading client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality advisory outputs
