About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional based anywhere in India to work with a dynamic organization that values accuracy, integrity, and financial excellence. You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the business while working comfortably from your home office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, and producing timely financial reports for internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and senior management to support informed business decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Indian accounting standards, hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime or Zoho Books, and the discipline to thrive in a remote working environment. If you are a self-motivated professional who takes ownership of your work and delivers results without constant supervision, we would love to hear from you.

- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits and provide all necessary documentation and support.
- Process employee payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments in a timely and error-free manner.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory; CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance will be given strong preference.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a mid-sized Indian company or CA firm.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks and working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable Indian statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace suitable for remote work.

- Annual performance-based appraisals and opportunities for professional growth within the finance department.
- Company-sponsored professional development including access to online courses, certifications, and accounting workshops.
