The employer is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant – Fixed Assets to join their finance team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fixed assets register and ensuring all asset-related transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the fixed assets register
- Processing additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets
- Calculating and posting depreciation entries in line with applicable accounting standards
- Reconciling fixed asset accounts and supporting periodic audits
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel are expected to be advantageous in this role.
