- Manage and grow existing client accounts within the Talent Solutions segment
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and recommending appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the scope of services offered to clients
