In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers leveraging LinkedIn Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their hiring challenges and ensure they are deriving maximum value from the platform.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the Talent Solutions business
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on LinkedIn Talent Solutions products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
