The successful candidate will be expected to engage with HR leaders, talent acquisition professionals, and business decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and present relevant solutions. Building long-term relationships and consistently meeting revenue targets will be central to this position.
- Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts
- Consult with clients on talent acquisition challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
